In Their Skin
Talking about sex and relationships with confidence
In Their Skin promotes and supports healthy relationships among young people - and gives parents and teachers the tools, resources and confidence to do the same.
It offers Sex & Relationship Education (SRE) that focuses on equality, respect and self-awareness. Through a comprehensive, structured series of interactive workshops (In Your Skin), we give young people an emotional and moral context for their evolving sexual identity and the issues surrounding it. These issues range from body image, gender and consent, to pornography, the influence of the media and Internet and dealing with peer pressure.
With the knowledge and experience born of talking to the people who matter - those 13 to 18 year olds - In Their Skin also provides teachers and parents with the information and support they need to play their part. By making excellent SRE possible, we give young people the confidence to make positive choices.
Designed to promote awareness and debate, each workshop can be run as a one-off, two-hour event or as part of a modular programme, over the course of six weeks/months.
